We are looking for candidates with good communication skills, the ability to remain calm even in stressful situations and an interest in technology.

Your tasks

Checking ski passes at various ski resort locations
Friendly and professional interaction with our customers
Support for technical questions related to ski pass systems
Quick and safe response in case of irregularities or conflict situations

Your Profile

Good knowledge of German, Italian and English
Excellent communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people
Stress resistance and calm in hectic or demanding moments
Passion for technology and interest in modern access systems
Availability to work flexible hours (including weekends and public holidays)
