Thanks to the use of snow height gauges and advanced systems, today we can know precisely the amount of snow present on each section of track. State-of-the-art technologies also make it possible to analyse the layer below the surfaceproviding accurate data for each area.
Constant monitoring makes it possible to calculate how much water is used for planned snow production and to optimise its use over time. In this way we reduce waste and only produce the snow that is really needed.
Integrated GPS systems support the work of the operators on a daily basis, making it possible to precisely identify areas with less snow and reserves in adjacent areas. This makes it possible moving snow in a targeted mannerintervening only where needed and improving the overall quality of the tracks.
The availability of reliable snow depth data makes it possible to planning interventions throughout the winter season. Continuous monitoring of slope conditions allows for targeted interventions based on the weather and utilisation of the skiable areas, maintaining uniform quality over time and reducing corrective actions.
The use of advanced systems of measurement and comparison with data from previous seasons makes it possible to reduce water and energy consumption. Artificial snow is only activated when necessary, improving the overall efficiency of the facilities and promoting a more conscious management of resources.
