During this year, Monte Pana S.p.A. made a number of important investments aimed at ensuring the safety, efficiency and sustainability of its cableways and ski slopes.

Monte de Seura chairlift

Monte de Seura chairlift

The second intervention of the 20‑year overhaul of the Monte de Seura chairlift was completed at Monte de Seura. This work was compulsory to ensure the maximum safety of the system, and involved the replacement of numerous mechanical components.

  • Total investment: approx. 750.000 €

Snow-making system

In order to optimise planned snow production, a new underground reservoir was built with a capacity of 5.000 m³. At the same time, an automatic system to control the water supply for snowmaking was installed and two new pumps were installed to transfer water between the existing and the new pool.

Snow generators

The following were purchased:

  • 4 Ventus cannons of Demaclenko,
  • 4 lances Demaclenko DUO,
  • 4 lances Demaclenko 4.0.

With this investment, all snow guns are now state-of-the-art, ensuring higher productivity and a significant improvement in energy efficiency.

  • Total investment: approx. 240.000 €
Snowmaking infrastructure

Finally, four new manholes and about 200 metres of new piping dedicated to snowmaking were installed.

  • Total investment: approx. 40.000 €

Total investments

The total sum of investments in 2025 amounts to approx. 2.030.000 €divided between lifts and snowmaking systems, confirming the company's constant commitment to safety, technological innovation and the quality of the ski offer.
